    For the life of me I cannot find the cause of this clunking noise. It's pretty popular in most VWs as I have found out. And yet no one found definitive answer as well. The clunk continues. I've changed the rearward bushing which was in bad shape. Changed inner and outer tie rods. The inner was a bit loose. And changed both sway bar ends. The new XP900 comes with it right from the factory. At the front are a set of long dual A-arms offering 13.5 inches of wheel travel, but at the rear is where the real suspension magic begins. Rather than a dual A-arm Independent Rear Suspension, Polaris gave the new RZR XP900 a rear end like no other. I have had a clunk sound from the front end since 4000miles(now 14000). Its a light thud/pop sound whenever either front wheel hits a small bump/crack or uneven road. Cold temps and low speeds make it worse. I can just slowly craw across the yard and it sounds the the front struts are falling off. Most noises that would be described as "clunking" i would say are atypical of either a weak suspension (Most Likely) or perhaps even a loose part on your frame or innards of your car. Most likely the suspension is just shot, not a serious problem, but it will make annoying noises.

Read somewhere that someone heard it from their front sway bar, but I don’t feel any movement of it like it’s loose or anything. The only thing I can move and make noise is the front axel and out a little bit but I don’t hear the sounds I’m calling a clunk. And happens in both two and four wheel drive.
